How quickly can I close?

It’s completely up to you! We can close in as little as 2 weeks, but we also understand every seller’s needs are different. Whether you’re looking for a fast turnaround or need a little extra time, we’ll work with your schedule. On average, most of our transactions close in 2–4 weeks.

What if I'm in foreclosure?

Do I have to make any repairs?

Do I have to clean the house out before selling?

Will there be a home inspection?

No. We don’t require a traditional home inspection. We only ask for a simple walkthrough of your home to get a better understanding of its condition—things like the age of the roof, windows, and mechanicals—so we can gauge what type of work may be needed after we purchase it.

Are there hidden fees?

No. We pride ourselves on being fully transparent with every offer. Any closing costs are clearly outlined in an Estimate of Net Proceeds, so you’ll always know exactly who is paying what—and how much cash you’ll walk away with at closing.
